Biography

I joined Kodak Company (China) as a Customer Recourse Representative in


2004. My job was handling consulting and complains issues from all around the



county. In two years, I was sure that my work was very important for Kodak



to improve or maintain its PR status. As a hard worker, 2 years later, I got



a position in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd (China) as an administrator. 


My work involves respond to correspondents, sorted out messages for the



manager to select the best clients, set up cases, made reports, etc. In



order to get more opportunities for promotion and improve managerial



ability, now I am studying Msc management in Southampton University to learn



more professional knowledge.
